We fill new prescriptions and process refills quickly and accurately. Before dispensing, our pharmacist reviews your prescription for potential interactions with your other medications. We will explain how to take your medication, what to expect, and what to watch for.

Switching to Ultima Pharmacy is simple. We contact your previous pharmacy directly and handle the full transfer — you don't need to do anything except let us know. Transfers are available for most ongoing prescriptions.

Review MedicationsMinor Ailments Care
Our pharmacist is authorized under Ontario's Minor Ailments program to assess and prescribe for 19 common conditions — including UTIs, pink eye, cold sores, and skin conditions — at no cost to OHIP-eligible patients.

Quit Smoking Program
Our pharmacist will work with you to create a personalized quit smoking plan. This service is covered for eligible patients under Ontario's Smoking Cessation Program.
Medication Delivery

Free Smart Card
Smart card is a free card that helps you save money on selected medications. At Ultima Pharmacy we apply the smart card for all medications with coverage.
Ontario Drug Benefits & OHIP+
We process claims under the Ontario Drug Benefits program, saving eligible patients on covered medications. We also support OHIP+, which covers over 5,000 drug products for anyone 24 years of age and under at no charge. If you are unsure whether you qualify, ask our pharmacist.
Trillium Application Forms
If your household has high prescription drug costs relative to your income, the Trillium Drug Program can help. We can provide you with the application forms and explain how the deductible works.
Medical Cannabis
